Wow it has been so long since I first created this blog. I've had a very hectic semester and it is finally coming to a close. Thanksgiving break is 7 days away which mean my birthday is 11 days away. I am so EXCITED!!!! There is so much work to be finished.....I schedule tomorrow for the spring and I am really interested in these classes that I want to take. I wish I had presented my portfolio so I could take my final 2 classes after that I would be do with everything but block and my professional semesters :-(. But that's okay because I actually am really thinking about going abroad next year in the spring it would be AMAZING to go to either Ireland or Scotland.
Speaking of going abroad I just applied for a honors summer trip to Egypt........seeing the pyramids and the Sphinx and learning about Egyptian culture.......for free.....how amazing would that be?
Anyway I also will be attempting to make stuffing this Thursday so we'll see how that goes......
Off to do more work

Introduction
My name is Sythia and I am a junior Elementary Education major at Lock Haven University. I love to be busy so along with my school work I am a member of Lock Haven Honors Program and Lock Haven's Residence Hall Association (RHA)and I am a brother in Phi sigma Pi the co-ed National Honors Fraternity.
I lead a freshmen discussion group for Honors called the Black Bears with my co-leader Chris Dubbs, my freshmen are amazing. We talk, play board games, card games, bake cookies, or just chill out at the Honors house. And for RHA I am currently involved in about a gazillion things. Executive Board Treasurer, and I just got done helping with movers and shakers and the blood drive. It is all lots of fun though, and we have our Mama Duck Wendy Walsh to lead us!When I'm not at school over involving myself you can find me at my house in Pittsburgh.
Anyway, I live with my mom, dad, and my two younger sisters. I also have two older brothers but one lives in Maryland and the other goes to school in Maine and is usually there at football camp and whatever else he does.Lastly my dog Buddy.

Growing up in the technological age I've been able to use computers throughout school. So of course I know how to use all of the regular applications like Word and Excel and how to search the Internet for needed information, but I am really looking forward to learning new things from Instructional Media. Like making a website, I didn't know it would be that easy. Another thing I will gain from this course is a greater understanding of technology so that I will be able to aid my students with something that is considered very important in today's society.♥more later♥
